Like the title says, when my phone is connected via blutooth, the audio is fine, but when it's connected via cable and android auto, the audio is much quieter. I have to get the volume bar nearly halfway full to listen at a good volume. Any way to fix this issue? I have a Taos S 4Motion and a Pixel 4A 5G Thanks for looking and for any advice.

Android Auto is much quieter than blutooth....
Make sure you have all the audio settings that normally apply to bluetooth/headphones off. I was getting awful sound out of my S21 and it turned out I had Dolby Atmos on and some other audio EQ features that I would have assumed would not have applied to AA. But AA is crap so of course it does.
Flatten all your EQs and turn off any audio features in settings.
