Purchased a 2022 Taos SEL 4Motion yesterday and cannot get the Wi-Fi Hotspot to connect to the Internet. T-Mobile blames VW and VW blames T-Mobile. I have an appointment with the dealer scheduled for Tuesday but is there anything I can try before then?

I believe the hotspot is only for Verizon yes another monthly charge $20. Unfortunately your T-mobile account will work on your phone but you can not use it as a hotspot and connect your to your car. Terrible set up for sure but I use T-mobile (actually Mint) and it works fine with android wireless ... no need for Verizon
