It looks like the Taos is going to be a bit bigger than those dimensions in the US.

Length: 175.8 inches long—9.3 inches shorter than the Tiguan
Wheelbase: 105.9 inches
Width: 72.5 inches
Height: 64.4 inches
Passenger Space: 99.5 cubic feet— 1.6 cu. ft. less than a two-row Tiguan
Cargo Space (behind 2nd row): 28.1 cu. ft.
Cargo Space (2nd row folded): 66.3 cu. ft.
Front Legroom: 40.1 inches
Rear Legroom: 37.9 inches

I didn't expect the Taos to be so similar to the Tiguan for width and height. That's surprising.
