Anyone know if you can switch the WiFi provider from T-Mobile to Verizon? Hoping to link my Verizon account so I can use the WiFi. Thanks in advance for any help.

You should be able to use verizo, because my free trial was with verizon. I let it expire though, so I have no idea how to get it back or help you ha, but the option is in there somewhere

Thanks. I was told by Car-Net Customer Service yesterday that Verizon isn't an option for the 2022 years yet. Smh. Downsides of buying a brand new car. Hopefully they'll add it soon.

Just checked my carnet and Verizon definitely was my trial… so car-net definitely lied to you. Maybe it’s a regional thing?

Outsourcing phone reps from gosh knows where, can usually cause conflicted answers. They told me the same thing when i purchased this past summer, "Verizon isn't an option" so we went with T-Mobile like an idiot. Called Verizon a few weeks later and was told their plans were available with Volkswagen.

So aggravating. It's like they told me that just to get off the phone. Still waiting to hear back from them about switching it over permanently.

Don't get me wrong, we love our SE but when i need to call Car Net for anything, i have nightmares.
