The radio is more than a radio... I don't know how to remove it, but I'd be careful. Sometimes special tools are needed to release it from the dash.
The question I have is why? If you are looking for connections to install a subwoofer, there is another thread about that.
What are you trying to do? There may be other options.
So, what is the steps for pulling the dash apart on a 2022 Taos SE ??

I honestly have no idea. Cars these days seem to be designed to be easy to assemble rather than easy to disassemble. I guess it depends how much you want to pull apart and what the goal is.
I'd recommend spending a little money and getting the official repair manuals from erWin online - something like $35 for a day's access if I remember correctly. Hopefully that would have some instructions, but I don't know for sure since I don't have it.
Well, it just took a bigger tug on the dash pieces to get them to unsnap.

The right side shiny dash piece is tricky. The piece that wraps under and over the instrument panel pops first before the rest of the piece from the cluster to the passenger dash-side can be removed.

Just have to pry and pull hard!!

Excellent! Glad you figured it out, and thanks for the tips.

I hate interior trim. I'm always scared I'm pulling the wrong piece or there's a hidden screw somewhere that I've forgotten.
Then when it finally pops out it sounds like you broke something, so you have a few seconds of panic before you figure out it's OK, lol.
