If you have $26 (!) lying around, I highly recommend Mothers Ultimate Hybrid Ceramic Wax.
Did the wife's red Q3 this morning and it looks great. Working on the Taos now.
Very easy to apply and buff off. One of the best waxes I've used (assuming it lasts a reasonable amount of time).

How long did it last? Do you still recommend?
Seemed to last fine, though hard to tell with the amount (or lack thereof) of driving we're doing these days. Tons left after doing 2 cars and it's a lot easier (and quicker) than some other waxes I've used so doing it 3 or 4 times a year is not a chore.
I also recently tried the Meguiars from this thread The Smurf Update 3/8/21 and it's pretty good too - maybe even easier to use than the Mothers.
