Used snow mode yesterday for the first time, engaging it by turning the knob by the shirter left to snow. I was supsrised when I drove this morning it was back on On Road.

Normal to revert by itself?

maybe not completely, the transmission resets to normal after a key cycle. I'd expect if the knob is left in snow mode that it should stay in snow mode. I'd describe that as a software defect, personally. I've noticed that eco mode is only partically kept after a key cycle where some systems are in eco and some are back in normal

My SE 4motion reverts back to normal mode each time the ignition is shut off.

I just set eco or snow when I start the car.

Thanks. Eco is something else though, no? Not on that "wheel".

I have that setting on Custom and it never changes. Unless ECO is somewhere else as well.

You are correct... eco is available in Custom mode... also available by pressing the center button of the "wheel" while in Normal mode.
