I have a 2022 Taos S. A few months ago, my passenger side rear view mirror inexplicably popped closed, breaking the housing and causing the mirror to fall out and smash. It seemed unlikely that it was spontaneous, so I assumed a biker road by and slammed into it without me realizing it. The whole thing was replaced. Today, the same/new side view mirror popped closed (I swear I didn't hit anything) and the mirror was dislodged, hanging there. When I tried to remove it it cracked. So I pushed it gently back in and duck taped it. Of course I will get it fixed, but it seems very odd to me that this mirror slams in so easily. It is manual. Anyone have any similar experiences, or any thoughts?
