How is everyone's front bumper holding up against rock chips? I'm mainly concerned with the piano-black strip in the front.

I'm having tints installed today and the place also does Xpel film, so I'm considering having them wrap that portion while it's there.

we had the car protected in the 1st week before really driving it. as we do with all cars, we have lots of road fine sand/rocks. headlights, hood, front part of fenders, painted bumper faces, door finger pcokets, front side of mirrors.

I was concerned about that gloss back getting chipped/scratched with daily driving. One year in and all is good. Only just approaching 5,000 miles. I don’t have gravel roads in my area, however do deal with lots of winter road salt and sand/grit.

Good to know! I declined the PPF quote this morning since it was on the high side and will probably just install the Xpel headlight film myself.
