Is anyone having the problem of the volume not functioning/ or having a blank black screen and the radio not functioning at all…even if the car or radio is tirned off then back on?

It's probably an interation between the Car Play / Android auto and the radio taking too long to sync up wirelessly. Does it happen when you don't link the phone up to the car? Try turning off all the wifi/Bluetooth options on the phone, and see if the radio "boots up" quicker using just the tuner. Also, the older the phone the longer it takes to sync up. I think using a USB cable to the port below the hvac controls is better.

If you have a black screen hold the power button in for 10 seconds and it will reboot infotainment system. Screen should then come back

This happens sometimes to me, I simply plug and unplug the connector until it works. Usually that fixes the problem.
