When i click updates on the system info screen, i get a blank screen . Ive tried with the engine off and turned on but dosent seem to work? could use some advice to get this thing updated.

As far as I know, Canadians must have the updates done at a dealer. There is no charge for the service - had mine done two weeks ago.

I get the same blank screen. Yet my car did the OTA update just fine and around when it was expected.

My best guess is that the Update Software and screen with choices is IF there is a USB drive with updated software to be installed. This is NOT used with OTA. Likely also a holdover from when Maps had to be done at the dealer, and now you can do by yourself. Though they have not been updated this year.

The OTA updates require CarNet. Just like a lot of fun/cool stuff, Canada was left out of CarNet on the Taos. Only way to do it is at the dealership.
I truly hope they have an option to put CarNet in Canadian Taos’…
