I just took delivery of my Taos SE today. I do have one question about the heating system that I am hoping one of you may be able to answer. When I set my control knob for the heat to come out the floor at my feet. It is still also coming full blast out the air conditioning vents. Is this normal or do I have a problem?

hum, there are no "ac vents" in any car. heat can be programed to come from any vent.. such as defrost, foot or face level. its all about the purpose. do you have a selector that allows picking an output port? I've got an SEL so its more automatic.

I think gettinggood is referring to the dash vents. Getting do you have the manual heating system or the Climatronic in the SE? The Climatronic has 2 buttons in each knob.
