I normally use CarPlay for my nav, primarily because it knows when to offer rerouting due to traffic conditions. However, occasionally and randomly CarPlay craps out. So I like to have some addresses in the in car nav. For example, if we are visiting our children out of town, and we venture out I may need directions back to their house.
My problem is I have tried to input my home address, and two of our children’s addresses in the nav, and I can’t get the exact address entered. One son lives in Tequesta Florida and the nav will only recognize Tequesta, and not even the street he lives on. Same with a son in Belmont NC. Not even our specific house number for home. Any idea what gives?
