2022 taos base model

Microphone suddenly stopped working when using phones, anyone else have this problem? Service advisor said it appears the microphone needs to be replaced?

Just for grins you could try a reset of the entertainment system. Hold the power button down for a while (is it 10 or 30 seconds?) and it should restart.

I tried it and still no luck the service advisor said it appears the microphone is bad so I have to make an appointment. When you Google this other models have had microphone issues besides the taos

Brought it in for service and they had to reset the Bluetooth by pulling out the radio, the microphone now works
