During my last gas fillup, I was going to reset the trip gauge as i always do. I proceeded to look through my overview, to which I understand the since start is each trip, since refuel is since filling up, but my long term trip had also reset. I liked this to see how long my Taos is in action. I reached out to customer chat today, and this is the answer I got. has anyone on here ever had their long term trip reset? Why the hell does VW want it to reset..I don't lol. And is there anyway to get around this? TIA 😊

I reset my long term and later was mad at myself because it appears to be the only way to see how many total miles you have (without shutting it off when it shows you total miles for a second).
I dont know of anyway to get it back unfortunately

Total as in odometer? If the ACC is on it hijacks that space. Turn it off and the odometer will display.
