I’m trading in my 2011 Tiguan. My problem is my iPod Nano has over 1500 songs on it and there isn’t an MDI port on the Taos. How do I connect my 30 pin iPod to a USB C port? There’s cables 30pin to USB A and 30 pin to USB micro, but no 30 pin to USB C. Can I use a 30 pin to lightening adapter connected to a lightening to usb c adapter?
Thanks to all the techies that can help me out. I’ve never used apple car play so am feeling quite stuck in 2010.

There are USBA-C dongles that allows that. My wife and I use them in our Tiguans for our iPhones with lightning cables because we have so many USBA lightning cables and don’t want to buy C versions.
