So I purchased both WiFi plan and the subscription. Has anyone got any ideas how to get it to work after that ? It’s been to days and keep getting a message saying needs internet to hook it up .

Do it outside ? Confused sorry . I bought the WiFi subscription and the internet radio / hi Def voice subscription. Been 2 days nothing .
the additional functions you bought all depend on enabling the internet connection on the car itself. that should be the focus, then the others will probably work on their own. you could test the car internet by setting up the hotspot and trying to use that with your tablet/pc/phone.
Ok that’s the other thing . How do I set the car up to use a hotspot ?
Right I did that . I’m on the phone with VW right now .
So now there’s a ticket out to be fixed . They saying that having the Verizon trial on and having purchased the Verizon plan ( shows on my app pending , until the trial runs out ) screwed something up . Will see how long this takes .
As the for the car hotspot thing, I was asking about is there a way to connect the car using a hotspot ? Like using my phone hotspot to give the car internet . I already know how to have the car setup to be a WiFi hotspot for other devices .
