560 miles roundtrip but mainly because my son-in-law works for the Group. Nope, didn't get a discount either but an unusually good trade in which sealed the deal. I never considered a VW until he persuaded us to drive the Tiguan and Taos. We are absolutely enjoying our FWD SE Taos even with some of its quirks and shortcomings.

Hope you enjoy yours as well.;)
About 500 miles round-trip. only dealership within a reasonable distance that had the color and trim level we were looking for.
10 miles, they had 4 at the time. two awd, two fwd
2500 miles . What a eventful week that was

400 miles round trip, have several VW dealers, all of them about 200 miles away. Only one dealer had a SE w/ the black wheel pkg so that's the one that got our money :)

20km/12 miles. Three VW dealers in my city. Only one had received stock that July day - two choices: Cornflower Blue Comfortline/SE; and a Grey Highline/SEL which has arrived the night before and was being prepped. a few pissed off salespeople that morning when I bought the Highline as they literally had people lined up to test drive it! 9 months later I have no regrets.

6.9 miles each way. They only had one S 4motion in stock and it was an hour before closing. The last day of the month. They gave me a good deal on my trade and a great deal on the car. I stayed an hour after closing, walking out several times. They wanted my car and to sell me the Taos.

Same!! End of the month/last day really is the best time to buy. I told them no twice on the way to the dealership (250 miles) and no three times while going over APR rates and final price.
