Hi from Wisconsin! First time VW and SUV owner...so far loving it!! Currently 1,307 miles, and it's standing up to our -20 degree days! getting used to and enjoying the lane assist, ACC, and the adaptive lights. Excited to see how it does on a long drive, as we do alot of traveling. Safe travels all!

Welcome to the site, very nice! Is that a Platinum Gray? If so, you picked the best color :)
I’m thinking it looks like Pure Grey. The even better color! Or colour as we spell it north of the border. The Taos is handling very well in snow and cold. I’ve only used the Snow Mode a handful of times so far. Seems very good, however seems to suck fuel. Any others finding same thing? It could just be the cold starts as I’m only using the mode until I get to clear roadway.

Not sure about Canada, but the winter fuel blends in the US saps the mpg quite a bit, about as bad as ethanol (in the 10% range).

I fill up with premium, and I do notice it sucks more gas in snow mode. It is platinum gray, although I probably would have picked the pure gray if it was there! Either way, I still love it!
