Has anyone installed faux chrome window trim?

Has Anyone installed faux chrome window trim either fully on Trendline 'S' trim or partially on the Comfortline/Highline 'SE/SEL' trims? What is the quality like? Does it match with the bottom factory window trim on SE/SEL? Not sure this is something I would do or recommend but I am curious.

Looks pretty nasty to me! Looks like the kits don't have the pieces between the door windows or the thick bit behind the rear window, thank goodness. Those look horrid. You could get away with the rest if it was good quality, but I suspect it won't be, and will fall off the first time they get encased in snow or ice. Pretty expensive too.
Don't ask me what I think of the door handles.

It almost makes it look like an American station wagon from the 1970's. I'm not saying it looks bad but maybe it's just the angle I'm seeing. It's amazing what chrome can do.

I was just curious whether these were actually decent or if there is a better more professional option. It would be nice if the Taos had a full chrome trim like other many vehicles because I actually prefer the no-chrome trim on the base Taos S/Trendline over the bottom half chrome on the SE/SEL versions. A version with full chrome window trim but black roof rails would be interesting.

I'm not a fan of chrome at all, I just used dupicolor wrap paint on most of my chrome trim even did the headlights, I may vinyl wrap it later on but it's been holding up fine so far. And I agree, wish they would have just done no chrome like the S, and I prefer the black roof rails too
