Has anybody gotten their front (driver/passenger) windows tinted to match the factory tint rears? Curious of what brand and percentage match for best results.

I put 20% all the way around including a 5% strip across the front windshield. Live in SC so it's hot but had it done in WV for $175 total. Looks great on a white vehicle!

15% all around, and also that windshield strip down to the ANSI markers, was $200 here in New Mexico.

Do check to see what regulations (probably at the state level) might apply to tinting of front side windows and the windshield before you proceed. In some jurisdictions, it is not permitted to tint those windows, or to tint them beyond a certain limit of light transmission.

I don't have to worry about that since I have a waiver on my registration stating I can have tint on my front windows. Medical issue.
My original question / answer I am seeking for is does anybody know what is the factory rear tint percent I want to match it up with my fronts. I will be doing the install myself.

When they did your windshield did the have to remove the rear view mirror and roof console.

No, they cut around it, they installed all the tint in 2 hrs.

Had ours measured by our tint installer. Rear measured at 24%. We installed 20 on front windows as more light comes in the windshield. Looks to match to us.

Installer uses 3M tint.

Your local tint shop should have a measuring tool, so should your local police. Both can be very nice, and quite mean. Just depends who you are better at asking a favor from.

30% all around. That’s on top the factory tint. Full sun through the windshield and sunroof lightens it a bit. Helpful since the front is illegal. But oh well.

My tint installer measured the factory rear at 30%.
Just emailed my dealer asking if they can add on the tint to the front. Hopefully they can! Should have done that when I ordered two weeks ago. Still have weeks to go before I get mine.
