When using Maps on connected Apple CarPlay, I can no longer hear the audio instructions. The sound ducks, but there’s no voice directions. It seemed to happen about the same time as the software update and was working fine before. Not sure if the problem is with the car, my iPhone or something else. Anyone else having this issue?

I have the same issue. I turned up the volume while Siri was talking. My Atlas didn't have that issue.

Same problem here. I rarely use Car Play maps, but no sound at all now. Fine on the phone alone.

There was an over-the-air update a few weeks ago. Not sure if everybody got it at the same time.

Nope, didn’t apply to me I guess. I’m driving an S 4motion made in December 2021. Didn’t get an update. Not having any issues with maps in Apple CarPlay.

For whatever it's worth, I solved the problem. Turns out the Bluetooth between my phone and the car had shut itself off. So Maps worked, but the voice navigation from the phone did not. I reconnected Bluetooth, and everything is back to normal. Until the next time it shuts off for no apparent reason.
