I had this happen a month or so ago and if i am not mistaken, there is a message on the head unit under Car-Net that allows you to select "do not show again" or something along those lines. Unfortunately i do not remember exactly but i think there is a box on that same screen, that you have to check.
Car-net not working after removing account and re-adding
So my remote start function stopped working in car-net for about a week, so removed my account and attempted to re-add. I get to the step where it tells me I should get a message on the head unit to accept, but it never happens. In the car net screen on the head unit, it says everything is paired successfully. But the app still tells me I need to accept the message on the head unit. Any ideas?
