Can a dealer upgrade a Taos S to allow wireless CarPlay?

Recent Taos S owner. Surprised how much I love CarPlay.. never had in a car before. My Taos S has CarPlay via wired/USB vs wireless in the SE and SEL… I presume the answer is no, but I wonder if the dealer could upgrade to allow for wireless connection? Eyeing some of the Chinese brand wireless bridge gadgets for about $100 on Amazon but I hear mixed reviews. Thanks!

I think it can be done but could will be expensive. In my opinion that would require to upgrade the MIB unit and the screen.
The S is probably not wired for that kind of upgrade. I will only use CarPlay for long road trips.
Thanks all, I bought one of those Chinese brand ‘wireless CarPlay bridge’ devices from Amazon, and while technically it does work, the lag and quirkiness of it isn’t worth it, so I returned it. Honestly plugging in the phone isn’t so bad considering it also charges the phone.
