Took the plunge to see how this would work with the Taos and it’s lag issues.

I’ve only driven about 30 miles, but can tell you it eliminates 99% of the DSG/turbo lag in around town driving.

I set mine at level 3 (150%) and can say for certain that the pickup from a stand still is improved dramatically!

It's sad VW waited to fix their throttle issue until an aftermarket tuning company decided to capitalize on the engineering error.

By now you must know there's a software fix for the Taos....No throttle pedal needed.

I don't think you understand. The Taos needs to be completely reprogrammed. You can't build an aftermarket ecu/dsg tune on the old software, and expect it to work on a vehicle that already had the update.

New ECU software update

Just back from journeys and noted my Start/Stop no longer works. Says it available. Light off on the console. A in dash cluster. No defrost on. Seat belt, etc. Anyone else after this ECU update?
