Hello everyone, I've noticed that whenever I use the navigation in ApplePlay wireless, the voice instructions are not very loud. Is there a way to turn up the volume?
My Atlas only connected via USB but the volume was perfect. Should I use the usb c connection?

Have you been prompted for the over the air update? This is one change I noticed, though I use the wired connection. The voice is louder after the update.

I'm gonna take a stab at assuming you are turning up the volume while the voice is playing?

You can also go into the Settings/Sound/Volume from the radio and I believe you can change voice volume there. It should impact CarPlay.

I have tried all of the solutions offered, and have not yet resolved the issue. I still have yet to be notified of an update.

While you’re in the map app on the iPhone and your have directions started, if you increase the volume using the volume buttons on the iPhone that should make the navigation instructions louder. Perhaps that would then also increase the volume of the instructions if you go to your car and start apple CarPlay?

I had to tell Siri to speak louder, seriously that worked!

The way to do this is to turn the volume up while the map is speaking. The volume slider on the MIB will say "Voice guidance" instead of "media volume" when you change it during this time. There are also options within the Maps app on how loud the voice is generally.
