Anyone else not seeing any other Taoses on the road?

I saw two this week! But I'm pretty sure only 25 or so have been in my metro area so I expect it'll be awhile before they're more widespread.

Also only seen 2, none local, only on our road trips.

0 in 3 months of ownership.

Super rare in my area. Don’t think there is another Taos in the area

I know my local dealer sold a bunch of them but I haven't seen any!
Then again, I'm not driving much these days.

They’re brand new in the US this year, no doubt will take a while for you to start noticing them.

Literally a million people in my area and I’ve only seen one Taos on the road In six months. Ive checked local dealer inventory online a few times out of curiosity and never seen more then three at a dealer.

I am starting to see more around. But obviously more Tiguans. Tiguan is VWs best selling car in American and ROW both, so that makes sense.

Our area is a MAJOR VW area. Lots of dealers, lots of Tiguans, Atlas, Jetta. Just in our 1 block radius alone are 6 Tiguans and an Atlas not including our Tiguan. No Taos yet in our neighborhood but I see them occasionally on the road or parked at the mall.

Live in Boca Raton Fl. Leased my 2022 last July 2021 and yet to see another Taos in my area.

I drove to Sarasota from Charlotte (and back). Saw 1 McLaren 720 and 1 Taos. I'm not saying, I'm just saying Rare!

I’ve had my Taos one week and so far have not seen any on the road. I live in Burlington County, NJ. Drove up the NJ Turnpike the other day to Piscataway and still didn’t see any. Did see Tiguans but no Taos.

Not only that, but supply chain issues are slowing production & deliveries of cars WAYYY down.

Since I picked mine up in July, I've seen two others on the road. A FWD base model, and an SE 4Mo.

Hell, I've seen more ID.4's

Seen one or two in the wild plus the one other one at the parking lot of my workplace.

I actually saw my first Taos on the road the other day in small town Idaho! Had to look twice since it was black and the black bumper trim was not obvious, but it was a real Taos!

Really? I hope you took a photo to support this rare sighting 😃. I’m still at only seeing one In almost 9 months ownership. I’ve previously found that when I buy a new vehicle I start seeing them everywhere.

Nearly 1600 miles on mine and I still haven’t seen one on the road!

In LA I’ve seen quite a few - but I’m not a regular commuter and don’t drive everyday. Haven’t seen a cornflower blue one yet in the wild though!

Hi Colin, I’m in a rural part of Burlington County NJ, so compared to busy LA, I’m not surprised you’ve seen quite a few while I’ve seen none. 😁
