Did they tell you what component was causing the issues? You might want to look at your state's Lemon laws. Or talk to Volkswagen about buying back the car. So far my Taos has been boringly normal.

I’m not exactly sure. It’s been a different issue each time. One part broke, fixing it caused another part to break. And then not ‘charging the Freon enough’ the 3rd time. I have started a case and hopefully will bring me some luck! So disappointing.

That sounds like a less than stellar service department if it takes them 4 tries to fix the A/C. Fixing one part should not cause another part to break. They probably just didn't fully check everything the first time. And undercharging the freon is plain stupidity. Sounds to me like they never fixed the root cause or created other issues when they were messing with it.
