So the SEL has IQ cornering lights which supposedly will turn up to 15° in the direction of a turn. When the car "boots" the lights go through a systems test and appear to be functioning properly. I have the settings on with early initiation selected. Guess what? Doesn't work. Anyone else have the same problem or does yours work?

mine works. I see them the most easily when the they turn back to straight position from a 90 degree corner. you might not notice as much if you live in a bright area.
Thanks for the reply, I live in a very dark area and they definitely don't work. My last car a Jetta Sel had them and they worked.
Probably yet another programming glitch.

Is there somewhere in the car setup menu where you can enable/disable them? I can't remember what it's called but I seem to remember a way to do that on my GTI... I'll take a look later.

I have an SEL and my headlights definitely turn in the direction I’m steering. If I drive in a straight line and turn slightly left and then right I can see the beam of the headlights move left and right.

Before this I had an SEL premium 2018 Tiguan which has cornering lights and thy were way more pronounced, like if I turned far enough to the left a whole addition light on the left would turn on. The Taos is more subtle and you have to play with the steering to see it. Somewhat helpful but not as much as the Tiguan in my opinion. That said the lighting overall is pretty good I think.
